At BrightRock, we’re all connected. Each individual and every team has a role to play. We need one another to achieve our goals as a team and to thrive as individuals.
As a BrightRocker, you make up the bigger picture. You play a vital role in helping us create needs-matched change for the people we touch. Each and every one of us is an integral part of making BrightRock the needs-matched money company that it is.
Here’s a recap of the different roles at BrightRock and how we’re all connected and make up the bigger picture:
1
Our Sales and Distribution team’s role is to promote and sell BrightRock’s needs-matched insurance. They also provide support to the independent financial advisers who then ensure that we meet our clients’ needs.
2
Our ICT team is responsible for developing and maintaining all our systems and infrastructure that allow us to service our clients and their financial advisers. For example, IFAs and Distribution Specialists at BrightRock use the Iris Portal and our quoting application, Flint, which is built and maintained by the ICT team. And many of our Client Operations team members do their work on the Life Processing Junction, which forms part of the Iris Portal.
3
Our Client Operations team’s focus is on taking care of all of the administration and service support we use to meet our clients’ needs. Their role is to service, support and maintain the relationship with the people we touch.
4
The Enterprise Risk and Innovation team is made up of various teams that support the work we do. From conducting extensive technical research and market analysis, developing our products and premiums, and delivering risk management and financial management solutions, they’re all integral to helping us meet our clients’ needs. They also ensure that we’re compliant with regulations, provide us with enterprise architecture, support and processes, and business services like our buildings and facilities to support the work we do.
5
Our Brand, People and Learning team provides communication, training and marketing support to make sure our clients know about BrightRock and what we offer. They also recruit and look after our BrightRockers and provide training, so that we’re all better equipped to support our clients through the work they do.
