Here’s a reminder of what you need to keep in mind when you claim your rewards
You have to be a BrightRock employee to use this programme.
There’s a 48-hour turnaround time on booking confirmations, so you need to book in advance. Bookings made on a Friday will be confirmed the following week. Please make sure you read all the terms and conditions on the website before booking.

You can contact our rewards partner, GoRhino, at brightrewards@gorhino.co.za, for all queries related to your bookings. If you’d prefer to not be part of the programme, please email marketing@brightrock.co.za and we’ll remove your details.
